Voor een technologiebedrijf zijn we op zoek naar een Production Engineer. Je komt terecht in een innovatief en sterk groeiend bedrijf waar kwaliteit, technologie en samenwerking centraal staan. Het bedrijf ontwikkelt en produceert hoogtechnologische en geautomatiseerde systemen voor industriële klanten wereldwijd en combineert hierbij de slagkracht van een internationale groep met de wendbaarheid van een lokaal verankerde en collegiale cultuur. Je kan rekenen op de nodige ondersteuning en opleidingen waar nodig. Je start onder een meteen vast contract onbepaalde duur.

Wat ga je doen? Als Production Engineer ben je de schakel tussen planning, projectopvolging en productie-executie. Je ondersteunt de Production Manager in het vertalen van commerciële of projectmatige input naar een haalbare en efficiënte productieaanpak. Met een sterk analytisch en technisch inzicht bewaak je de flow binnen de productieomgeving en zorg je ervoor dat deadlines, capaciteit en kwaliteit in balans blijven.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Je zet sales- en projectinformatie om in een realistische en uitvoerbare productieplanning.
  • Je beheert en volgt projecten end-to-end op binnen het ERP-systeem en waakt over een correcte masterplanning.
  • Je analyseert bezetting, doorlooptijden en productieflows en grijpt in waar optimalisaties nodig zijn.
  • Je ondersteunt teamleaders in hun dagelijkse planning en operationele organisatie.
  • Je fungeert als centraal aanspreekpunt voor productiegerelateerde data en stemt af met projectmanagement en sales.
  • Je coördineert externe productie- of bewerkingsactiviteiten bij outsourcingpartners.
  • Je identificeert knelpunten in het proces en werkt verbeterinitiatieven uit binnen een continuous improvement mindset.
  • Je vertaalt data en analyses naar concrete acties op de werkvloer om efficiëntie en output te verhogen.
  • Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Head of Production en werkt nauw samen met verschillende interne stakeholders binnen een projectgedreven omgeving.

  • Je hebt een masterdiploma in een technische richting en hebt een uitgesproken interesse in technologie en productie.
  • Ervaring is een pluspunt, maar ook gedreven starters met de juiste mindset komen zeker in aanmerking.
  • Je hebt een sterk analytisch en procesmatig denkvermogen en slaagt erin om data om te zetten in praktische inzichten en verbeteracties.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en behoudt moeiteloos het overzicht in een omgeving met meerdere parallelle projecten.
  • Je neemt eigenaarschap over je werk, gaat zelfstandig aan de slag en bent gericht op het behalen van concrete resultaten.
  • Je combineert een hands-on aanpak met een kritische blik en denkt steeds mee in functie van optimalisatie en efficiëntie.
  • Ervaring met een ERP-systeem (bij voorkeur Microsoft Dynamics 365) is een plus, net als kennis van Excel en Power BI.
  • Je communiceert helder en professioneel met verschillende stakeholders en beschikt over sterke mondelinge en schriftelijke vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels.
