Voor een vooraanstaand maakbedrijf in de ruime regio rond Gistel zoeken we een gedreven en hands-on Junior Production Manager. In deze moderne, propere en geavanceerde werkomgeving sta jij tussen de mensen én bouw je mee aan de productie van de toekomst.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Operationele Leiding: Je geeft direct leiding aan 4 ervaren teamleaders en stuurt indirect een team van circa 25 operators aan.
  • Coachend Leiderschap: Je staat dicht bij het team op de werkvloer, stimuleert een positieve werkcultuur en helpt medewerkers groeien.
  • Procesoptimalisatie: Je analyseert KPI's, signaleert knelpunten en trekt verbeterprojecten rond efficiëntie, veiligheid en kwaliteit.
  • Strategische Sparringpartner: Je werkt nauw samen met de Operations Manager, aan wie je rechtstreeks rapporteert, en vertaalt doelen naar concrete actieplannen op de vloer.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Ervaring: Minstens 3 tot 10 jaar relevante ervaring als leidinggevende binnen een moderne productie- of maakomgeving.
  • Technische Basis: Een Bachelor (bijv. Elektromechanica, Productietechnologie) of gelijkwaardig door opgebouwde ervaring.
  • Competenties: Hands-on, analytisch, oplossingsgericht en een sterke focus op people management.
  • Talenkennis: Uitstekend Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van het Frans is een sterke troef.
