Ben je graag de schakel tussen productie, productontwikkeling en leveranciers? Wil je werken in een internationale textielomgeving in Meulebeke waar kwaliteit en innovatie centraal staan? Dan is deze functie iets voor jou.

Voor een toonaangevend bedrijf in de textielsector zoeken we een Junior Production Manager die de productie van hoogwaardige home- en interieurproducten van A tot Z opvolgt.

Je coördineert productieorders vanaf het geweven textiel tot het afgewerkte product en houdt de planning nauwgezet in de gaten. Je werkt dagelijks samen met externe productiepartners en leveranciers om een vlot en kwalitatief productieproces te garanderen.

Daarnaast ondersteun je nieuwe productlanceringen, denk je mee over productverbeteringen en help je bij de verdere uitbouw van het assortiment. Ook beheer je productgegevens en stuklijsten in het ERP-systeem zodat alle betrokken partijen steeds met de meest actuele informatie werken.

Door de combinatie van productieopvolging, productbeheer en projectcoördinatie krijg je een gevarieerd takenpakket met veel verantwoordelijkheid en ruimte voor initiatief.

  • Je hebt een achtergrond of kennis in textiel, confectie, interieur of productontwikkeling
  • Je beschikt over een eerste relevante werkervaring of bent klaar voor een volgende stap in je carrière
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en behoudt het overzicht wanneer verschillende projecten tegelijk lopen
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en kan prioriteiten stellen
  • Je neemt initiatief en voelt je thuis in een dynamische werkomgeving
  • Kennis van ERP-systemen is een pluspunt
