Voor een Belgisch bedrijf dat gespecialiseerd is in hoogwaardig linnen en interieurtextiel, zijn we op zoek naar een Junior Production Manager.

Jobomschrijving

Als Junior Production Manager zorg je ervoor dat het productieproces vlot verloopt. De productieorders worden van A tot Z opgevolgd, met aandacht voor planning, kwaliteit en timing.

In deze functie vorm je een belangrijke schakel tussen de interne afdelingen en externe productiepartners. Dankzij een goede communicatie en een gestructureerde aanpak verloopt alles volgens plan.

Een greep uit het takenpakket:

  • Opvolgen van productieorders van A tot Z.
  • Bewaken van de planning, kwaliteit en voortgang.
  • Afstemmen met leveranciers, productiepartners en interne teams.
  • Ondersteunen bij de ontwikkeling en lancering van nieuwe producten.
  • Beheren en actualiseren van productgegevens en materiaallijsten in het ERP-systeem.
  • Meedenken over verbeteringen en een efficiëntere werking van de productieprocessen.
  • Interesse in textiel, confectie, interieur of productontwikkeling.
  • Een eerste relevante werkervaring is mooi meegenomen.
  • Een gestructureerde aanpak en oog voor detail.
  • Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en het vermogen om verschillende taken op te volgen.
  • Een vlotte kennis van het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Een proactieve houding en een oplossingsgerichte ingesteldheid.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een teamgerichte aanpak.
