Deze West-Vlaamse KMO in regio Roeselare is gespecialiseerd in de groothandel van bouwmaterialen. Met een stevige reputatie in de distributie garandeert het bedrijf werkzekerheid en groeikansen. Als medewerker voel je je hier meteen thuis dankzij de uitgesproken West-Vlaamse mentaliteit en familiale sfeer. Bovendien is het bedrijf zelfvoorzienend in de productie van zowel materialen als machines. Dankzij doorgedreven automatisatie en technologie wordt veiligheid er met grote zorg bewaakt. Om hun productie in goede banen te leiden gaan ze nu op zoek naar een Junior Production Manager.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Je bewaakt de dagelijkse planning en stuurt bij waar nodig
  • Orders, bijbestellingen en wijzigingen volg je van nabij op voor een vlotte verwerking
  • Daarnaast sta je in voor administratieve taken zoals het afsluiten van dossiers en opvolging van onderhoudstaken
  • Je neemt actief deel aan overlegmomenten met collega’s en leidinggevenden
  • Verder werk je mee aan het optimaliseren van het 5S-systeem
  • Je begeleidt nieuwe medewerkers bij hun opstart en ondersteunt bij de introductie van nieuwe producten
  • Tot slot draag je bij aan verbeterprojecten en zorg je voor de implementatie ervan
  • Je behaalde minstens een Bachelordiploma in Elektromechanica of een andere technische richting of hebt relevante ervaring in productie
  • Bovendien ben je veiligheids- en kwaliteitsbewust met een sterk procesmatig inzicht
  • Ervaring met productieplanning of gelijkaardige administratieve opvolging is een plus
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en functioneert goed in teamverband
