The posting

Textielkennis combineren met planning, productontwikkeling en productieopvolging? Als Junior Production Manager volg je afgewerkte interieurproducten van grondstof tot eindproduct.

Je zit dicht op de productie, maar neemt tegelijk een stevige portie coördinatie en administratie voor je rekening.

Wat ga je doen?

Je komt terecht bij een gevestigde textielproducent met een eigen collectie voor interieur en wonen. Je volgt dagelijks de productie van verschillende producten op en zorgt dat planning, kwaliteit en productinformatie kloppen.

• Je volgt productieorders van begin tot einde op

• Je bewaakt de productieplanning en stuurt bij waar nodig

• Je onderhoudt contact met externe productiepartners en leveranciers

• Je werkt nauw samen met het interne confectieatelier en collega's uit design en operations

• Je ondersteunt nieuwe productlanceringen

• Je denkt mee over optimalisaties van bestaande producten

• Je beheert productgegevens en stuklijsten in het ERP systeem

• Je zorgt dat alle betrokken partijen met correcte en actuele informatie werken

Je dagen zijn behoorlijk gevarieerd. Het ene moment volg je een productieorder op, het volgende stem je af met een leverancier of werk je gegevens bij voor een nieuw product. Je moet dus graag overzicht houden wanneer verschillende dossiers tegelijk bewegen.

Wie zoeken we echt?

• Je hebt kennis van textiel, confectie, interieur of productontwikkeling

• Je hebt een eerste relevante ervaring of bent klaar om meer verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen

• Je werkt nauwkeurig en houdt overzicht over verschillende opdrachten

• Je kunt vlot schakelen wanneer prioriteiten veranderen

• Je neemt zelf initiatief wanneer iets opgevolgd moet worden

• Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels

Je hoeft dus geen jaren ervaring als Production Manager mee te brengen. Een goede basiskennis van textiel of productontwikkeling, gecombineerd met organisatievermogen en zin om bij te leren, is hier relevanter.
