Deze functie biedt doorgroeimogelijkheden richting Supervisor of Reliability Ingenieur, afhankelijk van jouw ambities en profiel. Profiel Als Junior Project Coördinator Operations ben je verantwoordelijk voor de operationele aansturing van de organisatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat dagelijkse activiteiten efficiënt, veilig en volgens de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen worden uitgevoerd. Daarnaast neem je een centrale rol op in het verbeteren van processen, het realiseren van strategische doelstellingen en het ontwikkelen van een performante organisatie. Actief opzoek gaan naar oplossingen indien er problemen zijn, is voor jou geen moeilijkheid. Tenslotte zet jij de klant op de eerste plaats.
