Je vertaalt technische plannen naar een realiseerbare aanpak en bewaakt kwaliteit, kosten en planning. Daarbij vorm je de verbindende schakel tussen ontwerp met Autocad, verdere uitwerking van ontwerp in MircoStation(of AutoCAD) werkvoorbereiding en uitvoering. Je krijgt veel vrijheid, verantwoordelijkheid en werkt aan uiteenlopende projecten voor gemeenten, provincies, waterschappen, aannemers, ontwikkelaars en nutsbedrijven. Denk aan gebiedsontwikkelingen, herinrichtingen van woonwijken, reconstructies van bedrijventerreinen, dijkversterkingen en infrastructurele projecten op het gebied van wegen, riolering en stedelijk water. Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, ontwerpers, opdrachtgevers en aannemers. Dankzij jouw technische inzicht en oog voor kwaliteit verlopen projecten efficiënt en volgens planning. Het resultaat van jouw werk zie je uiteindelijk terug in de openbare ruimte en de leefomgeving van morgen. Wat ga je doen? - Je bent het eerste technische aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers gedurende het project; - Je coördineert de werkvoorbereiding van civieltechnische projecten van aanvraag tot uitvoering; - Je stelt tekeningen, bestekken, contractstukken, technische specificaties en werkomschrijvingen op en toetst deze op kwaliteit en uitvoerbaarheid; - Je maakt BLVC-plannen, kostenramingen, hoeveelheidsberekeningen en projectplanningen; - Je analyseert risico's en adviseert over uitvoeringsstrategieën en optimalisaties; - Je stemt technische keuzes af met opdrachtgevers, ontwerpers, projectleiders en aannemers; - Je bewaakt planning, kwaliteit, kosten en uitvoerbaarheid gedurende het project.
