The posting

  • Werkt nauw samen met een projectleider en werfleider aan één of meerdere projecten binnen spoor, kabel, bovenleiding of fiber optic.
  • Zorgt voor de technische en administratieve coördinatie van toegewezen projecten.
  • Stelt planningen op voor middellange en lange termijn en bepaalt benodigde mensen, materiaal en materieel.
  • Werkt uitvoeringsmethoden uit die aansluiten bij de contractuele en technische vereisten.
  • Vraagt offertes op bij aannemers en leveranciers en coördineert aankopen volgens bestek.
  • Vertaalt wettelijke en administratieve eisen uit bestekken naar praktische werfinstructies.
  • Stelt samen met het projectteam het draaiboek en uitvoeringsbudget op en bewaakt voortgang en rendement.
  • Signaleert afwijkingen op planning en bespreekt meerwerken of verrekeningen met de projectleider.
  • Bezoekt regelmatig de werf om voortgang, ingezette middelen en technische uitvoering op te volgen.
  • Ondersteunt het bouwteam met bouwtechnische expertise bij planning, uitvoering en oplevering.
  • Maakt en actualiseert werfplanningen, personeelsplanningen en bevoorradingsschema's.
  • Voert berekeningen uit voor kostprijs, haalbaarheid en rentabiliteit van projectonderdelen.
  • Selecteert leveranciers, onderaannemers en dienstverleners en plaatst bestellingen binnen het budget.
  • Controleert technische conformiteit van de werken en naleving van QHSE- en preventiemaatregelen.
  • Documenteert projectgegevens, raadpleegt bouwdossiers en bereidt oplevering met de klant voor.
  • Je behaalde een professionele bachelor of master in een technische richting (bijvoorbeeld elektromechanica of bouwkunde).
  • Je kan projecten nauwkeurig becijferen en gaat vraagstukken creatief en oplossingsgericht aan.
  • Je communiceert vlot, blijft rustig onder tijdsdruk en werkt graag samen binnen een projectteam.
  • Je werkt efficiënt met Excel, MS Project en PowerPoint.
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands goed; kennis Frans is een sterke troef bij Franstalige klanten en partners (nice-to-have).
  • Je hebt een rijbewijs B en kan je flexibel verplaatsen naar werven in de regio.
  • Je beschikt over gezond verstand en een praktische ingesteldheid bij werken op kantoor en op de werf.
