Door hun sterke groei zijn zij vandaag op zoek naar een gedreven Project Manager die uitdagende projecten van A tot Z wil leiden. Je krijgt de kans om mee te bouwen aan innovatieve industriële realisaties binnen een ondernemende en mensgerichte omgeving, waar initiatief, verantwoordelijkheid en persoonlijke ontwikkeling volop worden aangemoedigd. Een unieke opportuniteit voor wie impact wil maken en zijn carrière naar een hoger niveau wil tillen. De verantwoordelijkheden voor deze functie zijn:

  • Neem de leiding over uitdagende industriële projecten en zorg voor een vlekkeloze opvolging van planning, administratie, budget en rapportering.
  • Coördineer en motiveer teams op de werf, waarbij je zorgt voor een efficiënte inzet van mensen en middelen om projecten succesvol af te ronden.
  • Fungeer als centrale schakel tussen klanten, werfteams en interne stakeholders, en bouw sterke samenwerkingen uit.
  • Waak over veiligheid, kwaliteit en continue verbetering, zodat elk project voldoet aan de hoogste standaarden en verwachtingen.

De vereiste kwalificaties zijn:

  • Je beschikt over een technische bachelor of gelijkwaardige ervaring en hebt een sterke interesse in techniek.
  • Je combineert een analytische mindset met een oplossingsgerichte aanpak en houdt van uitdaging.
  • Je bent flexibel, stressbestendig en organisatorisch sterk, waardoor je vlot meerdere prioriteiten tegelijk beheert.
  • Je communiceert vlot in Nederlands, Engels en Frans, werkt nauwkeurig met administratieve tools en hebt een VCA-certificaat of bent bereid dit te behalen.
