Wat ga je doen?

Je krijgt bij ons geen opleidingstraject waarbij je jarenlang alleen maar meekijkt. We willen je stap voor stap verantwoordelijkheid geven.

Je start dicht bij onze projecten en leert onze werking van binnenuit kennen. Je verdiept je in calculaties, volgt werken mee op de vloer en leert wat er nodig is om een technisch project succesvol te realiseren.

Gaandeweg wordt jouw verantwoordelijkheid groter.

Je groeit mee in:

  • het plannen, organiseren en opvolgen van projecten;
  • het maken en opvolgen van calculaties en offertes;
  • het onderhouden van contacten met klanten en het bespreken en evalueren van projecten;
  • het opvolgen van de werken op de vloer;
  • het aansturen en coachen van medewerkers, werfleiders en andere leidinggevenden;
  • het samenwerken met externe partners en onderaannemers;
  • het bewaken van kwaliteit, veiligheid, planning en rendement;
  • de financiële opvolging van projecten;
  • de samenwerking met verschillende departementen binnen TMS.

Uiteindelijk neem je mee verantwoordelijkheid op voor de werking van een branch: mensen, klanten, projecten én cijfers.

Tijdens je traject krijg je de ruimte om verschillende kanten van onze organisatie te leren kennen en te ontdekken waar jouw sterktes het best tot hun recht komen. Je krijgt daarbij een mentor die je begeleidt, maar we verwachten ook dat je zelf mee aan het stuur zit van je ontwikkeling.

Want doorgroeien naar Branch Manager? Dat is een ambitie die we samen aanpakken.
