Bedrijfsleven (semi) Overheid en onderwijs Menu (junior) Projectcoördinator Vastgoedzorg Vast dienstverband Functieonschrijving Als (junior) projectcoördinator Vastgoedzorg werk je samen met een vast team om servicemeldingen, onderhoud- en projectmatige werkzaamheden uit te voeren. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor bouwkundige opname, kostenraming, planning, uitvoering en financiële afhandeling. Tijdens de uitvoering ben je verantwoordelijk voor de projectbewaking en zie je er op toe dat de werkzaamheden goed worden uitgevoerd en de kwaliteit wordt geborgd. Je signaleert op grond van de planning de voortgang en de kosten van kleine- en middelgrote werken. Signaleert de knelpunten in de voorbereiding en tijdens de uitvoering. Tevens ben je het aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers en partners. Hierbij draag je zorg dat het klantcontact goed wordt onderhouden. Als aanspreekpunt doe je zelf de opnames voor nieuwe werken. Aansluitend werk je een eventuele begroting uit en indien de werkzaamheden uitgevoerd dienen te worden ben je verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van het project. Hierbij verzorg je de inkoop van materieel, materiaal en onderaannemers. Tijdens de uitvoering ben je het aanspreekpunt voor de monteurs en partners welke zijn betrokken bij het project. Wij zijn dus op zoek naar iemand die beschikt over: - MBO / HBO werk- en denkniveau; - Kennis van Microsoft Office; - Relevante bouwkundige kennis; - Goede communicatieve- en sociale vaardigheden; - Stressbestendigheid en het vermogen om te denken in oplossingen; - Flexibiliteit en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
