Voor onze klant, actief in technische oplossingen voor industriële projecten zoekt Adecco een Junior Projectcoördinator.

  • Je ondersteunt het projectteam bij de voorbereiding en opvolging van diverse technische projecten.
  • Je analyseert projectgegevens en verwerkt bestellingen op een nauwkeurige manier.
  • Je verdiept je in plannen en technische dossiers zodat je een correcte uitwerking kunt garanderen.
  • Je stelt berekeningen en dossiers op die nodig zijn voor productie en uitvoering.
  • Je bereidt werkzaamheden voor zodat productie en installatie efficiënt kunnen verlopen.
  • Je onderhoudt contacten met klanten, studiebureaus en collega's van verschillende afdelingen.
  • Je volgt lopende projecten actief op en zorgt voor een duidelijke communicatie binnen het team.
  • Je beschikt over een technische bachelor of hebt een gelijkwaardig niveau door ervaring.
  • Je hebt een sterk analytisch vermogen en een goed technisch inzicht.
  • Je hebt interesse in bouwtechniek of technische installaties en bent gemotiveerd om hierin verder te groeien.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en voelt je comfortabel in administratieve taken en projectopvolging.
  • Je communiceert vlot en hebt een klantgerichte ingesteldheid.
  • Je werkt graag samen met anderen en neemt initiatief wanneer nodig.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van courante software zoals MS Office.
  • Je kan je goed uitdrukken in het Nederlands en het Frans, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur kennis van tekenprogramma's of een goed ruimtelijk inzicht.
