The posting

Als Account Representative speel je een sleutelrol in het bedrijf. Je volgt jouw projecten op van A tot Z of eerder: van aankoop tot oplevering. Je vormt intern de schakel tussen het sales team en de afdelingen finance, ontwikkeling, marketing, uitvoering en het management. Extern ben je onder meer het aanspreekpunt voor notarissen, makelaars, landmeters en syndici.

Je neemt de lead in diverse fases van projectontwikkeling:

  • Je maakt, controleert en reviseert documenten gerelateerd aan de aankoop van nieuwe projecten, zoals intentieverklaringen, bod- of aankoopvoorstellen, opstalovereenkomsten, …
  • Na het verkrijgen van de vergunning maak je jouw projecten verkoopsklaar door de juridische structuur uit te werken (basisakte, splitsingsakte, verkavelingsakte, …), de prekadastratie voor te bereiden, ...
  • Als hét administratief en juridisch aanspreekpunt bij verkooptransacties ben je verantwoordelijk voor de opmaak en controle van alle verkoopdocumenten, van reservatieovereenkomst of aankoop-verkoopbelofte over compromis tot akte. Wanneer de akte verleden wordt, treed je regelmatig op als vertegenwoordiger.
  • Je initieert en begeleidt Algemene Vergaderingen van VME’s eens de oplevering van de jouw toegewezen projecten in zicht komt.
  • Je maakt diverse interne en externe contracten op, zoals makelaarscontracten, huurovereenkomsten en geheimhoudingsverklaringen, …
  • Je rapporteert periodiek aan het management.
  • Je beschikt over een Bachelor of Master in een relevante richting (vastgoed, notarieel jurist, rechtspraktijk, …).
  • Je hebt minstens vijf jaar relevante werkervaring. Je hebt een uitgebreide kennis van de vastgoedsector en hebt feeling met diverse vastgoedaspecten (vergunningen, plannen, …).
  • Je hebt een stevige portie verantwoordelijkheidszin en bovenal een aanstekelijke hands-on mentaliteit.
  • Je hebt een kritische blik, bent punctueel en bijzonder nauwkeurig.
  • Je bent uiterst communicatief en weet hoe relaties op te bouwen en te onderhouden, zowel intern als extern. Je durft mensen challengen en op verantwoordelijkheden wijzen.
