Bij Dar Bouwadvies in Hendrik Ido Ambacht bieden we je de ultieme kans om jezelf in korte tijd te ontwikkelen tot specialist in vergunningen, projectcoördinatie en omgevingsmanagement! Je start in een intensief en gestructureerd traineeship van 6 maanden waarin je stap voor stap wordt opgeleid tot Vergunningencoördinator. Je ontdekt precies hoe bouwplannen, vergunningstrajecten en complexe regelgeving samenkomen, en levert vanaf dag één een zichtbare bijdrage aan de leefomgeving. Wat wij jou bieden Bij ons vind je een informele, jonge en ambitieuze werkomgeving met veel ruimte voor eigen initiatief. Om jou een vliegende start te geven, bieden we: - Salaris & Zekerheid: Een uitstekend bruto all-in maandsalaris van € 3.240,- (o.b.v. 40 uur) én bij goed functioneren zetten we jouw contract heel graag om naar een vast dienstverband! - Betaald Traineeship: Een gericht opleidingstraject van 6 maanden met duidelijke doorgroeistappen, inclusief het volgen van de externe opleiding AWB1 (gericht op juridische en inhoudelijke toetsing). - Werk-privébalans: Een flexibele functie voor 32 tot 40 uur per week, inclusief de mogelijkheid om (deels) hybride te werken. - Topbegeleiding: Je wordt uitstekend begeleid door ervaren professionals, zodat je de theorie direct succesvol in de praktijk leert toepassen. Wat ga je doen?
