Ben je communicatief sterk, hou je van organiseren en krijg je energie van verschillende projecten tegelijk? Dan is dit jouw ideale start van je carrière!

Als projectleider volg je meerdere glasprojecten tegelijk op en zorgt ervoor dat alles vlot verloopt, van de eerste voorbereiding tot de uiteindelijke uitvoering en nazorg. Je verdeelt je tijd ongeveer gelijk tussen kantoor en werf (50/50).

Jouw taken:

  • Projecten voorbereiden en plannen: Je ondersteunt bij de voorbereiding en planning van glasprojecten en leert hoe je verschillende projecten efficiënt organiseert.
  • Werven opvolgen: Je bezoekt de werven controleert de voortgang en zorgt ervoor dat de plaatsers en monteurs over het nodige materiaal en de juiste informatie beschikken.
  • Praktisch ondersteunen: Je bent niet bang om zelf de handen uit de mouwen te steken en helpt mee om problemen op de werf op te lossen.
  • Administratie beheren: Je maakt werk- en vorderingsstaten op, plant werfbezoeken in en bereidt vergaderingen voor.
  • Samenwerken met collega's: Je stemt dagelijks af met de binnendienst, plaatsers, monteurs en andere betrokken partijen.
  • Kwaliteit bewaken: Je controleert mee of de werken correct worden uitgevoerd en helpt bij het opmaken van werfverslagen.
  • Problemen oplossen: Je houdt het overzicht wanneer planningen wijzigen of meerdere projecten tegelijk aandacht vragen en zoekt naar praktische oplossingen.
  • Je hoeft nog geen ervaren projectleider te zijn. Met de juiste opleiding, een hands-on mentaliteit en de motivatie om bij te leren, krijg je hier de kans om je talenten verder te ontwikkelen.
  • Je kan technisch tekenen of wil dit aanleren. Uiteraard begrijp jij een technisch plan van ontwerp.
  • Je spreekt en begrijpt vlot Nederlands.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office (Outlook, Excel) - kennis van AutoCAD, Revit of Tekla is een pluspunt!
