Je eerste project als Jr. Projectleider in Hoofddorp is meteen een echt project. Je coördineert werktuigbouwkundige installaties bij middelgrote utiliteitsbouw, van nieuwbouw tot renovatie, en je begeleidt het werk van eerste schets tot oplevering. Je neemt beslissingen, schakelt met monteurs en opdrachtgevers en leert regie nemen op de plek waar het ertoe doet: op de bouw zelf. Zo groei je van meelopen naar het stuur in handen hebben. Je krijgt de ruimte om te groeien en bent verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding én uitvoering van je projecten: - Projecten technisch en administratief voorbereiden, van inkoop tot planning - Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers, onderaannemers en monteurs - Calculaties uitwerken en inkooptrajecten begeleiden - Werkzaamheden op de bouwplaats coördineren en bewaken van planning en budget - Zorgen voor een veilige werkomgeving volgens de laatste richtlijnen Wat verwachten we van jou? Je hebt al wat ervaring opgedaan in de installatiebranche en bent klaar om door te groeien naar een rol met meer verantwoordelijkheid. We zoeken iemand die technisch onderlegd is én goed kan schakelen met verschillende partijen: - MBO+/HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting Werktuigbouwkunde of Installatietechniek - Minimaal 2-3 jaar ervaring in de installatiebranche (bijvoorbeeld als uitvoerder of werkvoorbereider) - Kennis van W-installaties (CV, ventilatie, koude) is een pré - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en proactieve houding - Woonachtig in de regio Hoofddorp of omgeving - In bezit van rijbewijs B Wat bieden we jou?
