Als Junior Projectleider Civiele Techniek ben jij de rechterhand van de ervaren projectleiders en krijg je stapsgewijs meer verantwoordelijkheid over de uitvoering van diverse infrastructurele projecten. Je werkt aan uitdagende projecten zoals de aanleg en het onderhoud van wegen, de realisatie van bruggen en viaducten, waterbouwkundige werken en grootschalige grondverzet. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor uitvoerders, onderaannemers en opdrachtgevers en zorgt ervoor dat projecten volgens planning, budget en kwaliteitseisen worden opgeleverd. In deze rol ontwikkel je jezelf op alle vlakken van projectmanagement: van planning en calculatie tot contractbeheer en stakeholdermanagement. Je leert de kneepjes van het vak van ervaren collega's en krijgt de kans om jezelf te bewijzen op steeds grotere en complexere projecten. Binnen enkele jaren groei je door naar een volwaardige projectleider met eigen projectverantwoordelijkheid. Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden: - Assisteren van projectleiders bij de voorbereiding en uitvoering van civiele infrastructuurprojecten; - Bewaken van planning, budget en kwaliteit in samenwerking met de projectleider; - Coördineren van uitvoerders, onderaannemers en leveranciers op de bouwplaats; - Onderhouden van contact met opdrachtgevers, adviesbureaus en andere stakeholders; - Opstellen van rapportages, voortgangsverslagen en projectdocumentatie; - Signaleren van risico's en kansen en proactief meedenken over oplossingen; - Deelnemen aan werkoverleggen en projectvergaderingen.
