Vanwege hun verdere groei zijn zij op zoek naar een Junior Projectleider om hun dynamisch team te vervoegen. Als Projectleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor het zelfstandig uitwerken van alle toegewezen projecten van A tot Z.Je begint met het opmaken en aanbrengen van de offerte aan de klant. Daarna zorg je voor de aankoop van de nodige materialen en organiseer je het logistieke proces voor de bevoorrading van het magazijn en de wervelbouw. Je bezoekt de werf en maakt praktische afspraken met de klant, aannemer en architect. Vervolgens bereid je het werk voor en stuur je de arbeiders op de werf aan. Tot slot volg je de facturatie op en maak je de nacalculati

  • Je bent minstens in het bezit van een relevante Bachelor.
  • Je hebt grote interesse in de bouwsector, ervaring is niet vereist.
  • Je bent communicatief vaardig en staat graag met verschillende betrokken partijen in contact.
  • Je wil graag in een leertraject on the job starten om zo de kneepjes van het vak te leren.
  • Je kan jou vlot uitdrukken in het Nederlands en Engels.
