All About Work (junior) projectleider met Lean ervaring Venlo Over de functie JOB-3594881 Je gaat tijdelijk aan de slag als (junior) projectleider met Lean ervaring binnen een organisatie die werkt aan duurzame verbetering van dienstverlening. In deze rol pak je meerdere vastgestelde verbeterprojecten op en begeleid je trajecten van analyse tot implementatie. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar zoekt actief de samenwerking op met medewerkers en betrokken teams om concrete resultaten te realiseren. Met jouw Lean-kennis lever je een directe bijdrage aan efficiëntere processen en toekomstbestendige werkwijzen. Je werkt samen met het Continu Verbeter Team en het Projectenbureau. Deze teams ondersteunen de organisatie bij het realiseren van blijvende verbeteringen. Jij neemt hierin een actieve rol door verbeterinitiatieven te structureren, te begeleiden en te borgen. Wat ga je doen - Je voert Lean-verbeterprojecten uit en begeleidt deze van start tot afronding. - Je analyseert processen en identificeert verbetermogelijkheden binnen de organisatie. - Je faciliteert werksessies en verbeterbijeenkomsten met betrokken medewerkers. - Je past Lean-methodieken en -instrumenten toe in de praktijk. - Je stelt verbeteradviezen op en ondersteunt bij implementatie en borging van verbeteringen. Over jou - Je werkt zelfstandig en pakt meerdere verbetertrajecten tegelijk gestructureerd op. - Je bent proactief en resultaatgericht in je aanpak. - Je beschikt over sterke analytische vaardigheden. - Je communiceert helder en weet medewerkers goed mee te nemen in verbeterprocessen. Eisen - Je hebt minimaal een afgeronde Lean Green Belt opleiding. - Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met procesverbetering en het begeleiden van verbetertrajecten. - Je beschikt over sterke analytische en communicatieve vaardigheden. - Je bent zelfstandig, proactief en resultaatgericht.
