Om ons team te versterken zoeken wij een enthousiaste collega voor de invulling van de functie: (JUNIOR) PROJECTLEIDER Zie jij het als jouw verantwoordelijkheid om de conditie van het vastgoed van onze opdrachtgevers verantwoord meetbaar te maken en wil je graag zowel binnen als buiten werken? Dan hebben wij een functie voor jou! Wat ga je doen? - Als (junior) projectleider draag je zorg voor een optimale voorbereiding van het werk en verleen je administratieve ondersteuning tijdens de uitvoering. - Daarnaast lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan de financiële en administratieve afhandeling na oplevering. - Belangrijke taken van de (junior) projectleider zijn het uittrekken en bestellen van materialen, het opmaken van de werkmappen en het inplannen van mensen en materialen. - Verder ben je het aanspreekpunt voor technische en organisatorische zaken met betrekking tot het project voor de medewerkers in de uitvoering, alsmede de opdrachtgever. Proielschets - Je beschikt minimaal over een MBO werk- en denkniveau. - Daarnaast beschik je over goede computervaardigheden en hebt een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift. - Je bent gedreven, enthousiast en hebt geen 9 tot 5 mentaliteit. - Je communiceert makkelijk, bent initiatiefrijk en hebt financieel inzicht. - Verder kun je goed plannen en organiseren, werk je gestructureerd en heb je gevoel voor onderhandeling. - Je hebt affiniteit met computerprogramma's en beschikt over kennis van Word en Excel. - De functie wordt vervuld vanuit onze vestiging te Roosendaal en het werkgebied omvat de regio West-Brabant en Zeeland. - Je bent bereid een assessment te ondergaan.
