Bij Konnekt zijn we op zoek naar een Junior Projectleider.

Ben jij een pas afgestudeerde Master Industrieel Ingenieur Bouwkunde of heb je een eerste ervaring binnen de bouwsector? Wil je terechtkomen in een omgeving waar je intensief begeleid wordt, snel verantwoordelijkheid krijgt én de kans krijgt om door te groeien tot een volwaardige Projectleider?

Onze klant is een gevestigde speler binnen de industriebouw en realiseert uitdagende projecten voor industriële klanten in Oost- en West-Vlaanderen. Als onderdeel van een sterke familiale bouwgroep combineren zij de stabiliteit van een financieel gezonde organisatie met de persoonlijke aanpak van een hecht team. Professionalisme, betrokkenheid en respect vormen de basis van hun succes, waardoor heel wat medewerkers er al jarenlang met veel enthousiasme aan de slag zijn.

Functieomschrijving Als Junior Projectleider krijg je een uitgebreid opleidingstraject waarbij je stap voor stap wordt klaargestoomd om zelfstandig projecten van A tot Z op te volgen.

Je start samen met ervaren collega's en leert de organisatie, de projecten en de werkwijze grondig kennen. Naarmate je groeit, krijg je steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid en evolueer je naar een zelfstandige rol waarin je jouw eigen projecten beheert.

Je bent onder andere verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Het ondersteunen van ervaren Projectleiders tijdens de uitvoering van industriële bouwprojecten.
  • Het voorbereiden, coördineren en opvolgen van werven.
  • Het bewaken van planning, kwaliteit, veiligheid en budget.
  • Het onderhouden van contacten met klanten, architecten, studiebureaus, leveranciers en onderaannemers.
  • Het mee uitwerken van technische en praktische oplossingen tijdens de uitvoering.
  • Het opvolgen van de administratieve en financiële voortgang van projecten.
  • Het geleidelijk zelfstandig opnemen van projecten van A tot Z.
  • Je behaalde een Master Industrieel Ingenieur Bouwkunde.
  • Pas afgestudeerden zijn van harte welkom.
  • Ook kandidaten met een eerste relevante ervaring binnen projectleiding, werfopvolging of werkvoorbereiding komen zeker in aanmerking.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid op.
  • Je bent communicatief, leergierig en werkt graag samen met verschillende stakeholders.
  • Je bent ambitieus en wil jezelf verder ontwikkelen binnen projectleiding.
  • Nederlands is de voertaal, C2 niveau is een must
