Voor een gerenommeerd bedrijf in industriebouw zoeken wij een junior projectleiderom het team te versterken.

Als junior projectleider ben je vanaf dag een betrokken bij uitdagende bouwprojecten. Het doel is simpel: stap voor stap evolueren naar een rol waarin je projecten van eerste spadesteek tot oplevering zelfstandig beheert. Sta je aan de start van een carriere in de bouw en zoek je een omgeving waar theorie en praktijk naadloos in elkaar overvloeien? In deze rol krijg je de kans om onder de vleugels van ervaren rotten in het vak uit te groeien tot een volwaardige spilfiguur in de industriebouw. Geen sprong in het diepe zonder zwembandjes, maar een intensief coachingstraject waarin leren en groeien centraal staan.

Deze marktleider in de industriebouw staat bekend om een indrukwekkende verticale integratie, waarbij alles van betonproductie tot de effectieve montage in eigen beheer gebeurt. De organisatie combineert de slagkracht van een grote internationale groep met de korte communicatielijnen en de nuchtere aanpak

Coaching & Groei: Tijdens het eerste jaar is er een nauwe samenwerking met een ervaren coach. Fouten maken mag, zolang het leermomenten zijn die leiden naar meer zelfstandigheid.

Coordinatie op de Werf: Je leert de verbindende schakel te zijn tussen de klant, het studiebureau en de werf. Je ziet toe op de planning, de veiligheid en de onberispelijke kwaliteit van de werken.

People Management: Onder begeleiding leer je hoe je eigen arbeiders en onderaannemers aanstuurt. Je wordt het aanspreekpunt voor technische vragen en leert praktische uitdagingen op de werf kordaat op te lossen.

Operationeel Beheer: Je krijgt inzicht in de volledige organisatie van een werf en de bijbehorende administratieve en technische opvolging.

Opleiding: Bouwkunde (Bachelor of Master), architectuur,

Je bent recent afgestudeerd en hebt maximaal 6 maanden ervaring.

Je kan je vlot verplaatsen regio Oost- en West-Vlaanderen.

Skills: Een vlotte communicator die ervan houdt om met verschillende partijen rond de tafel (of op de werf) te staan. Een basiskennis Frans is een troef, maar geen breekpunt.

Attitude: Oplossingsgericht, proactief en gezegend met een gezonde dosis flexibiliteit. De motivatie om verantwoordelijkheid te dragen is belangrijker dan jarenlange ervaring.

Mentaliteit: Een echte teamplayer die denkt als een eigenaar en streeft naar efficiëntie.
