Als Junior Projectleider ben jij het aanspreekpunt op de bouwplaats en zorg je ervoor dat projecten soepel verlopen. Je werkt nauw samen met ervaren projectleiders en uitvoerders, waardoor je continu leert en jezelf ontwikkelt. Je krijgt de ruimte om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen, maar hebt altijd de steun van een ervaren team om je heen. Je bent betrokken bij het hele bouwproces, van voorbereiding tot oplevering, en zorgt ervoor dat alles volgens planning, budget en kwaliteitseisen verloopt. Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden zijn onder andere: - Coördineren van onderaannemers en leveranciers op de bouwplaats; - Bewaken van planning, budget en kwaliteit van het project; - Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers en adviseurs; - Voorbereiden en bijwonen van bouwvergaderingen en werkoverleggen; - Signaleren van risico's en tijdig schakelen met de projectleider; - Zorgen voor een veilige werkomgeving en naleving van alle veiligheidsvoorschriften; - Administratieve werkzaamheden zoals het bijhouden van rapportages en voortgangsdocumentatie; - Actief meedenken over verbeteringen en efficiëntere werkprocessen.

Concrete voorbeelden van ontwikkelmogelijkheden zijn het volgen van een opleiding tot projectmanager, deelname aan leiderschapstrainingen of het zelfstandig aansturen van grotere en complexere projecten.
