Ben jij een sterke organisator met commercieel inzicht en technisch overzicht? Als Junior Projectleider neem je het volledige traject van jouw projecten in handen, van eerste klantencontact tot nacalculatie. Je houdt gemiddeld 3 à 4 projecten tegelijk strak in de hand en zorgt voor een vlot verloop op zowel bureau als werf.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Actief prospecteren en duurzame klantenrelaties uitbouwen
  • Opmaak, bespreking en onderhandeling van offertes
  • Plaatsen van bestellingen en zorgen voor tijdige levering van materialen
  • Uitvoeren van opmetingen en uittekenen van plannen
  • Coördineren van transport en praktische planning
  • Administratieve opvolging van lopende projecten
  • Facturatie in samenwerking met het administratieteam
  • Ervaring is niet vereist
  • Technisch inzicht gecombineerd met commerciële flair
  • Gestructureerd en overzichtelijk werken over meerdere projecten tegelijk
  • Sterk in planning, communicatie en onderhandelen
  • Proactief en verantwoordelijk, met oog voor resultaat
