Als Junior Projectleider Bouwkunde ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van bouwprojecten in de woningbouw en utiliteitsbouw. Je werkt nauw samen met ervaren projectleiders en krijgt steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid naarmate je jezelf ontwikkelt. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor uitvoerders, onderaannemers en leveranciers en zorgt ervoor dat projecten binnen planning, budget en kwaliteit worden opgeleverd. Je houdt overzicht over de voortgang, signaleert knelpunten en schakelt snel om waar nodig. Daarnaast ben je betrokken bij de werkvoorbereiding en zorg je voor een goede communicatie met alle betrokken partijen. Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden: - Coördineren en aansturen van bouwprojecten in woningbouw en utiliteitsbouw; - Bewaken van planning, budget en kwaliteit tijdens de uitvoeringsfase; - Afstemmen met uitvoerders, onderaannemers en leveranciers op de bouwplaats; - Signaleren van risico's en proactief oplossen van knelpunten; - Verzorgen van rapportages en voortgangsbesprekingen met het projectteam; - Bijdragen aan de werkvoorbereiding en technische uitwerking van projecten; - Zorgen voor naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften en kwaliteitseisen.

Je krijgt volop ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen tot een volwaardige projectleider. Je kunt doorgroeien naar de functie van Projectleider of zelfs Senior Projectleider, waarbij je steeds grotere en complexere projecten onder je hoede krijgt. Ook zijn er mogelijkheden om je te specialiseren in specifieke bouwmethoden zoals houtbouw of seriematige bouw.
