Als Junior Projectleider Ondergrondse Infra ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van ondergrondse infrastructuurprojecten. Je werkt nauw samen met ervaren projectleiders en uitvoerders om complexe projecten succesvol op te leveren. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers, onderaannemers en interne stakeholders en zorgt ervoor dat projecten binnen planning, budget en kwaliteitseisen worden gerealiseerd. Je krijgt de ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen en groeit stap voor stap door naar een volwaardige projectleider. Je werkt aan uitdagende projecten waarbij je technische kennis combineert met leidinggevende vaardigheden. Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden zijn: - Coördineren en aansturen van ondergrondse infrastructuurprojecten zoals rioleringen, kabels, leidingen en tunnelprojecten; - Bewaken van planning, budget en kwaliteit in samenwerking met de projectleider; - Afstemmen met opdrachtgevers, onderaannemers en interne disciplines zoals werkvoorbereiding en calculatie; - Zorgen voor een veilige werkomgeving en naleving van alle veiligheidsvoorschriften op de bouwplaats; - Oplossen van technische en logistieke uitdagingen tijdens de uitvoering; - Rapporteren over voortgang en resultaten aan de projectleider en opdrachtgever; - Bijdragen aan innovatieve en duurzame oplossingen binnen projecten.

Doorgroeimogelijkheden zijn volop aanwezig. Je start als Junior Projectleider en krijgt intensieve begeleiding van ervaren collega's. Binnen enkele jaren kun je doorgroeien naar Projectleider, waarbij je zelfstandig verantwoordelijk bent voor grotere en complexere projecten. Vanuit die rol zijn er vervolgens mogelijkheden om door te stromen naar Senior Projectleider of Manager Projecten. De organisatie investeert actief in jouw ontwikkeling door middel van interne opleidingen, coaching en externe cursussen.
