Heb je een bachelor op zak en wil je je verder ontwikkelen binnen de bouw en projectleiding? Of je nu net afgestudeerd bent of al enkele jaren ervaring hebt, hier krijg je de kans om je verder te ontwikkelen en op termijn zelfstandig projecten te leiden.

Voor een gevestigde speler binnen de dakensector zijn we op zoek naar een Junior Projectleider Platte Daken. We zoeken iemand met een sterke interesse in de bouw, een gezonde dosis ambitie en vooral de goesting om bij te leren. Je bachelordiploma hoeft bovendien niet uit de bouwsector te komen. Een technische of bouwkundige achtergrond is mooi meegenomen, maar motivatie en interesse in het vak zijn voor ons minstens zo belangrijk.

Je komt terecht in een ervaren team waar je de verschillende facetten van projectleiding leert kennen en steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid krijgt. Afhankelijk van je ervaring wordt bekeken welke verantwoordelijkheden je meteen kan opnemen en waar extra begeleiding nodig is.

Van het opmaken van offertes en het eerste klantencontact tot aankoop, planning, werfopvolging en nacalculatie: je krijgt de kans om het volledige traject van een project te leren kennen.

Een functie waarin je dus zowel als starter je eerste stappen kunt zetten, als met eerdere ervaring meteen verder kunt groeien richting een zelfstandige rol als projectleider.

Wat ga je doen?

Als junior start je met het leren kennen van de verschillende aspecten van projectleiding. Je wordt hierin begeleid door collega's met ruime ervaring binnen de sector.

Je maakt kennis met het opmaken van offertes en het opvolgen van klanten. Vervolgens leer je ook de aankoop van materialen, planning en logistieke organisatie opvolgen. Je gaat regelmatig mee naar werven en leert hoe je de praktische organisatie van een project aanpakt.

Je staat in contact met klanten, aannemers en architecten en leert hoe je afspraken duidelijk communiceert en opvolgt.

Voor deze functie zoeken we vooral iemand met de juiste ingesteldheid. Je hoeft nog geen ervaring te hebben, zolang je gemotiveerd bent om de sector en het vak te leren.

  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma.
  • Een opleiding Bouwkunde is mooi meegenomen, maar zeker geen vereiste.
  • Je hebt interesse in de bouwsector en techniek.
  • Je bent leergierig en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, maar staat ook open voor begeleiding en feedback.
  • Je communiceert vlot met verschillende mensen en durft initiatief te nemen.
