Als Junior Projectleider Utiliteitsbouw ben jij betrokken bij de realisatie van diverse utiliteitsbouwprojecten. Je werkt nauw samen met ervaren projectleiders en krijgt stapsgewijs meer verantwoordelijkheid over deelprojecten. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor uitvoerende partijen en zorgt ervoor dat projecten volgens planning, budget en kwaliteitseisen worden opgeleverd. Daarnaast draag je bij aan de duurzaamheidsambities van de organisatie door actief mee te denken over innovatieve en milieuvriendelijke oplossingen. Jouw werkzaamheden omvatten onder andere: - Ondersteunen van de projectleider bij de planning, voorbereiding en uitvoering van bouwprojecten; - Coördineren van onderaannemers en leveranciers op de bouwplaats; - Bewaken van de voortgang, kwaliteit en veiligheid tijdens de uitvoering; - Opstellen en bijhouden van projectdocumentatie en rapportages; - Deelnemen aan overleggen met opdrachtgevers, architecten en adviseurs; - Signaleren van risico's en het voorstellen van oplossingen; - Bijdragen aan het realiseren van duurzame en innovatieve bouwoplossingen; - Leren en ontwikkelen van jouw projectmanagementvaardigheden onder begeleiding.

De organisatie investeert volop in jouw ontwikkeling. Je krijgt de mogelijkheid om opleidingen te volgen, cursussen te doen en certificaten te behalen die jouw expertise vergroten. Denk hierbij aan opleidingen op het gebied van projectmanagement, contractmanagement of duurzaam bouwen. Daarnaast is er een duidelijk doorgroeiperspectief naar de functie van Projectleider, waarbij je steeds meer zelfstandigheid en verantwoordelijkheid krijgt over grotere en complexere projecten.
