Ben jij technisch sterk en klaar om projecten van A tot Z in goede banen te leiden? In deze functie als (Junior) Projectleider Ventilatiesystemen ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige coördinatie van ventilatieprojecten, van voorbereiding tot oplevering.Je werkt in een klein, hecht team en krijgt veel autonomie. Je stuurt installateurs en techniekers aan en bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten, leveranciers en partners. De projecten liggen voornamelijk in de Kempen, met uitbreidingen naar naburige provincies.

Jobomschrijving

Als Projectleider ventilatiesystemen ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige coördinatie van onze ventilatieprojecten – van de eerste voorbereidingen tot en met de oplevering. Jij bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten, leveranciers en collega’s, en zorgt ervoor dat alles volgens planning, budget en kwaliteitsnormen verloopt.Je taken omvatten onder meer:Het plannen, organiseren en opvolgen van installaties en reinigingen van ventilatiesystemenCoördineren van de verschillende interne en externe partijen (techniekers, leveranciers, onderaannemers)Controleren van technische plannen en installatiedetailsBewaken van projectbudgetten en deadlinesToezien op veiligheid, kwaliteit en klanttevredenheidRapporteren van voortgang aan de directie en/of klantJe komt in een klein team terecht van 6 mensen. De projecten liggen verspreid over de Kempen, maar er liggen er ook in provincies in de buurt.Je zal heel zelfstandig werken in de projecten, je hebt geen werfleider bij je. Wel zal je onze installateurs en onderhoudstechniekers aansturen.

Als projectleider in ventilatie: Je hebt een technische opleiding genoten of gelijkaardige ervaring opgedaanMinimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie in de HVAC-sectorSterk technisch inzicht in ventilatiesystemen en luchtbehandelingJe werkt gestructureerd, houdt van overzicht en schakelt vlot tussen verschillende dossiersJe bent communicatief sterk en klantgericht ingesteldRijbewijs B is vereist
