Je ondersteunt het programmateam organisatorisch en krijgt volop ruimte om je inhoudelijk te verdiepen in de (palliatieve) zorg. Functie inhoud Als junior projectmanager zorg je voor de dagelijkse continuïteit en structuur en ben je de organisatorische motor van het programma Transformatie Palliatieve Zorg Midden-Nederland. Met jouw scherpe blik zie je wat het programmamanagementteam nodig heeft om het programma tot een succes te maken. Je denkt mee, signaleert kansen of knelpunten en weet op het juiste moment de juiste mensen binnen het team en het netwerk met elkaar te verbinden. Naast de organisatorische en structurerende kant van projectmanagement krijg je ook de kans om je inhoudelijk te verdiepen in de regionale palliatieve zorg. Je krijgt volop ruimte om te leren en je projectmanagement-skills verder te ontwikkelen. In deze dynamische rol pak je het volgende op: - Projectorganisatie en bijeenkomsten: Je neemt de regie over het plannen en voorbereiden van (bestuurlijke) overleggen en transformatiebijeenkomsten. Van het opstellen van een agenda, het verzamelen van de inhoud, heldere verslaglegging tot de praktische organisatie (zoals locaties en catering): jij regelt het van A tot Z. - Actiemanagement en voortgang: Je haalt proactief de actiepunten uit overleggen op, belegt deze bij de juiste projectleiders en pakt ze waar nodig gezamenlijk of zelf op.
