Je brengt knelpunten in kaart, doet verbetervoorstellen en werkt deze direct door in lopende projecten. Ook ondersteun je bij het organiseren en aansturen van processen, waarbij jouw frisse blik en proactieve aanpak een belangrijke rol spelen. Hier krijg je alle ruimte om jouw natuurlijke leiderschap verder te ontwikkelen en bij te dragen aan een omgeving waarin samenwerking en efficiënte besluitvorming centraal staan. Kwaliteit, innovatie en veiligheid vormen de basis van alles wat we doen en jouw vermogen om anderen te overtuigen is van groot belang om projecten tot een succes te maken. Functie-eisen We zoeken een leergierige starter met affiniteit voor techniek die klaar is om de wereld van projectmanagement te verkennen. Je pakt dingen graag praktisch aan en je vindt het geen probleem om verantwoordelijkheid te dragen. Om in aanmerking te komen, vragen wij: - Minimaal een relevante afgeronde hbo (AD)-opleiding, bijvoorbeeld in de richting Technische Bedrijfskunde, Werktuigbouwkunde, Management of soortgelijk - Een sterke interesse in projectmanagement binnen een industriële omgeving - Het vermogen om besluiten te nemen en deze helder te communiceren - Goede organisatorische vaardigheden en een aanpassingsgerichte instelling om snel te schakelen binnen divers...
