Als Junior Projectmanager krijg je de kans om veel verantwoordelijkheid naar je toe te trekken. Je werkt nauw samen met ervaren collega's en leert alle facetten van het projectmanagement kennen. Hierdoor bouw je niet alleen inhoudelijke kennis op, maar ontwikkel je jezelf ook op het gebied van planning, communicatie, klantcontact en financiële beheersing. Functie inhoud Als Junior Projectmanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het soepel laten verlopen van verschillende projecten. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Het opnemen en beoordelen van werkzaamheden in woningen; - Het voorbereiden en organiseren van onderhouds- en mutatieprojecten; - Het opstellen en bewaken van planningen; - Het coördineren van vaklieden, leveranciers en onderaannemers; - Het bewaken van voortgang, kwaliteit en gemaakte afspraken; - Het onderhouden van contact met opdrachtgevers en bewoners; - Het signaleren van knelpunten en zelfstandig zoeken naar passende oplossingen; - Het bijhouden van de projectadministratie en financiële voortgang; - Het tijdig signaleren van meer- en minderwerk; - Het evalueren van afgeronde projecten en aandragen van verbeteringen. - Geen dag is hetzelfde. De ene dag ben je bezig met het voorbereiden van meerdere woningen, terwijl je de volgende dag schakelt met een opdrachtgever, een onderaannemer of een bewoner over de voortgang.
