Als Junior Projectmanager ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers en zorg je ervoor dat bouwprojecten soepel verlopen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing, bewaakt het budget en de planning, en zorgt ervoor dat alle partijen op één lijn zitten. Je werkt nauw samen met aannemers, architecten, adviseurs en natuurlijk de opdrachtgever zelf. Jouw doel? Het project binnen tijd, budget en kwaliteit opleveren, zodat de opdrachtgever volledig ontzorgd is. Je krijgt de ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen en door te groeien naar een volwaardige projectmanager. Ervaren collega's staan klaar om je te begeleiden, en je krijgt de kans om steeds complexere projecten op te pakken. Denk aan het begeleiden van nieuwbouwprojecten in de zorg, renovaties van onderwijsgebouwen, of zelfs landelijke uitrolprojecten waarbij je meerdere locaties tegelijk beheert. Jouw taken in het kort: - Fungeren als gedelegeerd opdrachtgever en aanspreekpunt voor alle betrokken partijen; - Bewaken van budget, planning en kwaliteit gedurende het gehele bouwproces; - Organiseren en voorzitten van bouwvergaderingen en overleggen; - Coördineren van aanbestedingen en selectie van aannemers en leveranciers; - Adviseren van opdrachtgevers over huisvestingsvraagstukken en bouwkundige oplossingen; - Opstellen van rapportages en voortgangsdocumentatie; - Begeleiden van opleveringen en nazorgtrajecten.
