In Kampen krijg je de kans om het vak in de praktijk te leren terwijl je direct meewerkt aan indrukwekkende houten constructies. Je werkt met tropisch hardhout aan onder andere bruggen, damwanden en vlonders. Wat ga je doen? Als junior projecttimmerman werk je in een vast projectteam aan het samenstellen en afwerken van grote houten constructies. Grote stammen tropisch hardhout worden op locatie bewerkt tot onderdelen voor uiteenlopende projecten door heel Nederland. Samen met jouw collega's zorg jij ervoor dat alles nauwkeurig wordt gemaakt en netjes wordt afgewerkt. Je hoeft het vak nog niet volledig te beheersen. Ervaren collega's nemen je mee in het werk en leren je steeds meer over het materiaal, de machines en de verschillende bewerkingen. Naarmate je meer ervaring opdoet, kun je steeds zelfstandiger aan de slag en krijg je meer verantwoordelijkheid binnen de projecten. Het werk is anders dan op een traditionele bouwplaats. Je werkt vanuit een vaste werklocatie in Kampen, met goed materieel en duidelijke afspraken. Bovendien zie je hoe het materiaal stap voor stap verandert in een eindproduct waar je trots op kunt zijn. Wat vragen wij van jou? Voor deze junior functie zoeken we een échte aanpakker die graag met zijn handen werkt en gemotiveerd is om het vak te leren. Je bent praktisch ingesteld, werkt nauwkeurig en vindt het leuk om samen met collega's aan grote projecten te werken. Daarnaast is het belangrijk dat je: - beschikt over (V)MBO werk- en denkniveau; - technisch inzicht hebt en graag met hout en machines werkt; - gemotiveerd bent om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen; - zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband kunt werken; - b...
