Wir gestalten Räume neu und schaffen Werte, die bleiben. Als moderner Baumeisterbetrieb übernehmen wir Sanierungsprojekte vom einzelnen Badezimmer bis zur... 1 Junior Projektleiter_in für eine Teil- bis Vollzeitanstellung (20 - 40 Wochenstunden)

Ihre Aufgaben: * Unterstützung der Projektleitung bei der Arbeitsvorbereitung und Terminplanung * Erstellen, Pflegen und Verwalten von Baustellenmappen, Projektdokumenten und Baustellenakten * Einholen von Angeboten und Preisauskünften bei Lieferanten und Subunternehmern * Durchführung von einfachen Naturmaßen und Aufmaßen auf der Sanierungsbaustelle * Ermittlung von Massen und Mengen anhand von Plänen, Skizzen und Herstellervorgaben * Eingabe und Erfassung von Aufmaßdaten in branchenübliche Bau-Softwareprogramme * Durchführung von Materialbestellungen nach Anweisung der Bau- oder Projektleitung * Überwachung, Urgenz und Abstimmung von Lieferterminen für Baumaterialien * Telefonische Terminabstimmung und Vorabsprachen mit Kunden, Mietern und Nachunternehmern * Erfassung, Kontrolle und Sortierung von Bautagesberichten, Regiezetteln und Lieferscheinen * Durchführung und Strukturierung der Fotodokumentation des Baufortschritts * Rechnerische und formelle Prüfung von Eingangsrechnungen von Lieferanten und Subunternehmern * Zusammenstellen sämtlicher Aufmaße und Belege zur Vorbereitung der Rechnungslegung * Vorbereiten von Teil- und Schlussrechnungsentwürfen zur Freigabe durch den Vorgesetzten * Vorbereitung von Übergabeprotokollen, Mängellisten und Abrechnungsunterlagen * Allgemeine administrative Unterstützung sowie Führung von Korrespondenz mit Projektbeteiligten

Ihre Anforderungen * Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL Bautechnik, FH/Uni Bauingenieurwesen oder Architektur) * Alternativ: Abgeschlossene handwerkliche Bauausbildung (z. B. Maurer, Zimmerer) mit kaufmännischer oder technischer Weiterbildung * Erste praktische Erfahrung oder einschlägige Praktika im Bau- und Sanierungsbereich von Vorteil * Grundlegendes technisches Verständnis für Bauabläufe, Sanierungsverfahren und Baustoffe * Basiswissen in der Plan- und Aufmaßerstellung sowie im Lesen von Leistungsverzeichnissen * Erste Kenntnisse relevanter Normen und Regelwerke (z. B. ÖNORM B 2110) * Fundierte Anwenderkenntnisse in MS Office (insbesondere Excel, Word und Outlook) * Erste Erfahrung oder schnelle Auffassungsgabe für branchenübliche Bausoftware (z. B. Auer Success, ABK, Nevaris) * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift für Schriftverkehr und Protokollführung * Führerschein Klasse B * Ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis, Sorgfalt und hohe Genauigkeit * Starkes Organisationstalent, hohe Lernbereitschaft und Zuverlässigkeit * Kundenfreundliches, professionelles Auftreten gegenüber Auftraggebern, Mietern und Subunternehmern

Arbeitszeiten Mo. - Fr.: 8.00 - 16.00 Uhr Je nach Auslastung oder Baustelle kann die Arbeitszeit variieren.

Gehalt Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt beträgt € 2.814,00 brutto pro Monat. Ihr tatsächliches Gehalt vereinbaren wir gemeinsam und orientieren uns dabei an Ihrer Qualifikation, Erfahrung und Ihrem Potenzial.
