Seit 1960 sind wir mit fast 25.000 Parkplätzen Wiens führender Garagenbetreiber. Wir tragen nachhaltig zu einem lebenswerten Wien bei, indem wir benötigten Parkraum zur Verfügung stellen und den Menschen die Stadt als Lebensraum zurückgeben.

Wir suchen 1 Junior-Projektleiter_in für Garagenbetrieb WIPARK (Karenzvertretung) ab sofort, Vollzeit (40 Std), befristet bis 05/2029, Standort: Thomas-Klestil-Platz 13, 1030 Wien

Das erwartet dich

* Du begleitest Projekte entlang des gesamten Projektlebenszyklus und arbeitest dabei eng mit unserem Projektmanagement-Office zusammen

* Du leitest betriebliche und organisatorische Projekte zur Optimierung des Garagenbetriebs und treibst die Weiterentwicklung bestehender Softwarelösungen voran

* Du bereitest fundierte Entscheidungsgrundlagen als Basis für die Umsetzung von zukünftigen Projekten / Einzelinitiativen auf

* Gemeinsam mit den jeweiligen Projektauftraggeber*innen konkretisierst du Projektideen und definierst klare Projektziele

* Du koordinierst die abteilungsübergreifende Projektplanung und steuerst und begleitest die Projektdurchführung bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit interdisziplinären Projektteams zusammen.

* Du verantwortest das Projektcontrolling sowie eine transparente und zielgerichtete Projektkommunikation

Das bringst du mit

* Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (Matura, FH, Universität)

* Du verfügst über eine nachgewiesene Projektmanagementausbildung und/oder praktische Erfahrung in der Leitung von Projekten

* Du zeichnest dich durch eine ausgeprägte Lösungsorientierung und ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative aus

* Mit deiner Organisationsstärke, deinem Durchsetzungsvermögen und deiner strukturierten Arbeitsweise bringst du Projekte erfolgreich voran

* Sehr gute Kommunikationskompetenz, professionelles Auftreten sowie Teamfähigkeit zählen zu deinen Stärken

* Du hast den Wunsch, gemeinsam mit der Wiener Stadtwerke-Gruppe, Wien klimafit für die Zukunft zu machen

Das bieten wir dir

Gehalt

Für diese Position bieten wir ein Mindestgehalt von EUR 3.400,00 brutto pro Monat auf Basis Vollzeit (Kollektivvertrag Garagen-, Tankstellen- und Serviceunternehmungen, Verwendungsgruppe 4), abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung, sowie die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
