Deine Rolle im Team:

Als Teil unseres Customer Service bist du für nationale und internationale Maschinenverlagerungen bei unseren weltweiten Kunden zuständig. Dabei übernimmst du zentrale Aufgaben von der Angebotsphase bis hin zur Projektabwicklung und -abrechnung:

* Du bearbeitest Kundenanfragen, holst Lieferantenangebote ein und arbeitest Kundenangebote aus

* Du erfasst Aufträge und planst und koordinierst Verlagerungsprojekte

* Du erstellst Kalkulationen, Terminpläne, Projektlisten und Dokumentationen

* Du fungierst als Schnittstelle zu internationalen Kunden, unseren Niederlassungen und Vertretungen sowie Lieferanten

* Du reist für bestimmte Abklärungen gelegentlich (europaweit) zu unseren Kunden

Das bringst du mit:

* Du hast eine fundierte technische Ausbildung (Lehre, Fachschule oder HTL) im Bereich Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik oder Mechatronik

* Idealerweise bringst du bereits Erfahrung im Projektmanagement mit

* Du bist versiert im Umgang mit SAP und MS Office und zeichnest dich durch eine strukturierte und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise aus

* Basierend auf unserer internationalen Ausrichtung bringst du gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse mit (beides mindestens auf B2-Niveau)

* Du überzeugst durch soziale Kompetenz, sehr gute Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten sowie kundenorientiertem Denken
