In deze functie versterk je het aankoopteam en sta je in voor het operationele als strategische beheer van diverse productgroepen. Je biedt ondersteuning in de verdere professionalisering en centralisatie van het aankoopbeleid. Stapsgewijs krijg je meer verantwoordelijkheden en groei je tot strategisch aankoper.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • je beheert de aankoop van jouw productgroepen en optimaliseert het leveranciersportfolio
  • je bouwt sterke relaties uit met leveranciers en gaat actief op zoek naar nieuwe partners om marktconforme deals te sluiten
  • je volgt markttrends en prijsevoluties op de voet en vertaalt deze naar tactische aankoopbeslissingen
  • je onderhandelt over prijs, kwaliteit, service en leveringstermijnen
  • je draagt bij aan de optimalisatie van inkoopprocessen en kostenbeheersing en waakt hierbij over kwaliteit en betrouwbaarheid
  • je werkt samen met andere afdelingen (productie, R&D en technische dienst) om te zorgen dat de aankoopnoden perfect op elkaar aansluiten
  • je hebt, bij voorkeur, een masterdiploma en hebt een eerste aankoopervaring binnen een productieomgeving
  • je bent analytisch sterk en onderscheidt makkelijk hoofd- van bijzaken
  • je hebt commerciële flair, bent communicatief sterk en voldoende assertief
  • je bent resultaatsgericht en gaat hierbij gestructureerd, proactief en efficiënt te werk
  • onderhandelen, het opbouwen van duurzame partnerships en het sluiten van deals geeft jou energie
  • naast het Nederlands heb je een vlotte kennis van het Engels. Kennis Frans en Duits zijn een troef
