Junior Purchasing Agent A propos de ce poste . Aquadistri Are you commercially minded, detail-oriented, and do you already have some experience in purchasing or inventory management? Would you like to further develop your skills in an international trading environment? Then we are looking for you! As a Junior Purchasing Agent at AquaDistri, you will share responsibility for ensuring the smooth running of daily purchasing operations and maintaining optimal availability of our product range. You will be in contact with national and international suppliers, place and monitor purchase orders, and keep track of delivery times, prices, and stock levels. You will work closely with the Senior Purchasing Agent and your colleagues in sales, administration, and the warehouse. You will be given the responsibility to handle tasks independently, as well as the opportunity to further develop your commercial and analytical skills. What Will You Do? - Manage purchaseorders : Place, check, and monitor purchase orders, ensuring they are processed correctly in our ERP system. - Supplierrelations : Maintain contact with national and international suppliers regarding orders, prices, delivery times, and availability. - Monitor delivery times : Actively follow up on outstanding orders, identify delays, and take timely action. - Purchasing administration : Ensure that product data, purchase prices, delivery times, and supplier information remain accurate and up to date. - Coordinate with colleagues: Work closely with colleagues in sales, administration, and the warehouse. - Improve processes : Actively contribute ideas for improving purchasing processes, inventory management, and collaboration with suppliers. What Are We Looking For? - Education and experience: You have at least an intermediate vocational education (MBO level 4) or equivalent level of working and thinking, preferably in a commercial, business, or logistics-related field. ...
