Heb jij je bachelordiploma (bijv. Biologie, Biomedische Laboratoriumtechnologie of Chemie) net op zak en ben je klaar voor de perfecte vliegende start van jouw carriere? Wil je impact maken binnen een wereldwijd bekend bedrijf in de cosmetica- of farmaceutische sector?

Als Junior QA Microlab Analyst sta jij aan de poort van de kwaliteit. Jij zorgt ervoor dat geen enkel product de fabriek verlaat of de productie ingaat zonder jouw kritische goedkeuring!

Als junior breng je een gezonde dosis goesting en de juiste basiskennis mee:

  • je studeerde juist af en behaalde hierbij je diploma biologie, (bio-)chemie, ... en je kijkt uit naar je eerste job
  • heb je dankzij een stage een eerste ervaring binnen microbiologie of analytische chemie (bij voorkeur binnen de farma of consumer goods)? dat is mooi meegenomen!
  • je bent bekend met kwaliteitsrichtlijnen zoals GMP, GDP en GLP en weet hoe je veilig met labo-apparatuur omgaat
  • je werkt nauwkeurig, kunt zelfstandig beslissingen nemen en durft je mening te geven als een testresultaat buiten de lijntjes kleurt
  • je bent leergierig en hebt een sterke probleemoplossende mindset
  • je hebt basiskennis van MS Office (Excel), kennis van SAP is een mooie bonus!
  • je bent op korte termijn beschikbaar om op te starten
  • je werkt graag in een vaste vroege shift

VG 458/BUOSAP

In deze rol ben je een echte 'lab-detective'. Jouw tijd is grofweg als volgt verdeeld:

  • labtesten (+/- 75%): je voert routine en niet-routinematige analyses uit op grondstoffen, verpakkingen, bulk- en eindproducten, je bereidt stalen voor, doet de administratie (werklijsten) en monitort kritische parameters (zoals pH en labo-water) - zie je een afwijking (OOS)? dan schakel je direct met je supervisor en duik je in het onderzoek!
  • data review & planning (+/- 10%): meten is weten, maar controleren is goud - je beoordeelt testgegevens, logboeken en certificaten (CoA's) volgens de strikte GMP/GDP-richtlijnen & je houdt de dagelijkse planning scherp in de gaten zodat alles vlot verloopt
  • onderzoek & kwaliteit (+/- 15%): is er een kwaliteitsissue of een klacht van een klant? jij ondersteunt bij de uitvoering van labo-onderzoeken naar deviaties - je zoekt mee naar de root cause en helpt problemen op te lossen
