Jouw functie

Als Junior QHSE Coördinator ondersteun je de organisatie op vlak van kwaliteit, veiligheid, milieu en klachtenbeheer.

Je werkt nauw samen met productie, logistiek, customer service en management. Je krijgt de mogelijkheid om geleidelijk meer verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen en uit te groeien tot een volwaardige QHSE-specialist.

Je bent regelmatig aanwezig op de werkvloer om processen te observeren, verbeteringen voor te stellen en medewerkers te ondersteunen.

Wat ga je doen?

Kwaliteit

  • Mee beheren van het kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem.
  • Opstellen en actualiseren van procedures en werkinstructies.
  • Controleren en opvolgen van kwaliteitsregistraties.
  • Ondersteunen bij kwaliteitsanalyses.
  • Opvolgen van corrigerende en preventieve acties.

Klachtenbeheer

  • Registreren en opvolgen van klantklachten.
  • Onderzoeken van oorzaken samen met collega's uit productie.
  • Opstellen van klachtenrapporten.
  • Meewerken aan structurele verbeteringen om herhaling te voorkomen.
  • Contact onderhouden met klanten omtrent de voortgang van acties.

Veiligheid

  • Uitvoeren van veiligheidsrondgangen.
  • Meldingen van onveilige situaties opvolgen.
  • Ondersteunen bij risicoanalyses.
  • Mee organiseren van veiligheidsacties en toolboxmeetings.
  • Bevorderen van veiligheidsbewustzijn op de werkvloer.

Milieu

  • Opvolgen van afvalstromen en milieuregistraties.
  • Ondersteunen van duurzaamheidsinitiatieven.
  • Controleren van naleving van interne milieuafspraken.
  • Mee werken aan projecten rond recyclage en afvalreductie.

Interne audits

  • Voorbereiden en uitvoeren van interne audits.
  • Auditverslagen opmaken.
  • Verbeteracties opvolgen.
  • Ondersteunen tijdens externe audits en klantenaudits.

Wie ben jij?

  • Bachelor in een relevante richting, zoals: Kwaliteitsmanagement Milieu- en Preventiemanagement Industriële Wetenschappen Elektromechanica Chemie Bedrijfsmanagement
  • Je staat aan het begin van je carrière of hebt een eerste werkervaring achter de rug.
  • Minstens 2 jaar ervaring via werk, stage, werkervaring tijdens je studies of eerste professionele ervaring binnen een productieomgeving is een pluspunt.
  • Je hoeft nog geen expert te zijn. We zoeken vooral iemand die wil leren en initiatief neemt.
  • Jij bent: Leergierig en enthousiast. Analytisch ingesteld. Sterk in administratie en opvolging. Nauwkeurig en gestructureerd. Communicatief en positief. Niet bang om collega's aan te spreken en mee te denken over verbeteringen. Handig met Microsoft Office.
