Voor onze klant in Tielt zijn we op zoek naar een young potential in Quality & Digitalization.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je volgt interne procedures op, helpt audits voorbereiden en denkt mee over risicoanalyses en verbeteracties
  • Je beheert ons documentmanagementsysteem in SharePoint
  • Je stelt procedures en werkinstructies op, bewaakt de goedkeuringsflows en zorgt dat alles netjes voldoet aan de documentstandaard van het bedrijf
  • Je maakt nieuwe artikelen en bewerkingsplannen aan in Business Central en houdt technische fiches up-to-date
  • Je werkt actief mee aan digitaliseringsprojecten en het bouwen van digitale formulieren en workflows; je maakt gebruik van Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Excel en AI-tools
  • Je verzamelt data voor KPI-dashboards, ondersteunt bij managementrapporteringen en bereidt de gegevens voor voor audits en reviews
  • Je hebt een bachelor-denkniveau (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring)
  • Je beschikt over sterke administratieve vaardigheden
  • Je hebt een goede basiskennis van Excel en Microsoft 365
  • Je bent communicatief vaardig, analytisch ingesteld en werkt graag samen met collega's van verschillende afdelingen
