Heb jij een sterke passie voor kwaliteit en wil je graag mee bouwen aan een cultuur waarin kwaliteit centraal staat? In deze veelzijdige functie speel je een belangrijke rol in het bewaken, verbeteren en verder uitbouwen van het kwaliteitsbeleid.

Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen en krijgt de ruimte om zelfstandig initiatieven te nemen en verbeteringen te realiseren.

Jouw takenpakket

  • Je organiseert en coördineert de implementatie en verdere opvolging van het kwaliteitsbeleid.
  • Je beheert het Quality Management System (QMS) en werkt continu aan optimalisaties en verbeteringen.
  • Je staat in voor het beheer en de actualisatie van de kwaliteitsdocumentatie.
  • Je voert interne kwaliteitsaudits uit, volgt actiepunten op en begeleidt externe audits.
  • Je organiseert en leidt interne kwaliteitsmeetings.
  • Je volgt de kwaliteitscontroles en het kwaliteitsniveau van afgewerkte producten op.
  • Je beoordeelt niet-conforme producten en adviseert over de te nemen acties.
  • Je bepaalt samen met de betrokken collega's correctieve en preventieve acties en volgt de uitvoering ervan op.
  • Je registreert en behandelt interne en externe kwaliteitsklachten en -opmerkingen en werkt hiervoor nauw samen met productie, R&D en de Quality & Improvement Manager.
  • Je denkt actief mee over het optimaliseren van werkmethodes, processen en procedures.
  • Je ondersteunt en coacht medewerkers en stimuleert een sterk kwaliteitsbewustzijn binnen de organisatie.
  • Je beschikt over een bacheloropleiding of hebt gelijkwaardige kennis opgebouwd door relevante werkervaring.
  • Ervaring met het implementeren en beheren van een ISO 9001-kwaliteitssysteem is een pluspunt.
  • Kwaliteit zit in jouw DNA: je hebt een sterk kwaliteitsbewustzijn en oog voor detail.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt initiatief en hebt een ondernemende, hands-on mentaliteit.
  • Je bent nauwkeurig, analytisch en resultaatgericht.
  • Je communiceert vlot en professioneel met collega's, medewerkers en externe partners.
  • Ook in drukke of uitdagende situaties blijf je rustig en efficiënt werken.
  • Je bent sterk in analyseren, problemen doorgronden en zoeken naar praktische oplossingen.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Je kan vlot werken met Excel, Word en PowerPoint.
