- Junior R&D Engineer Duiven € 3500 - 4500 40 uur/week In de rol van R&D Engineer ben jij de drijvende kracht achter de ontwikkeling van nieuwe producten en het verbeteren van bestaande processen. Met jouw technische kennis en pragmatische aanpak vertaal je complexe vraagstukken naar heldere ontwerpen en werk je nauw samen met verschillende teams. Hij vertelt je graag meer over de functie en de organisatie. Functie Als R&D Engineer werk je dagelijks aan technische vernieuwing, waarbij je volledige betrokkenheid hebt van idee tot eindproduct. Je vertaalt complexe technische vraagstukken naar slimme, maakbare oplossingen die je samen met collega's tot leven brengt. Of het nu gaat om innovatieve productontwerpen of het verbeteren van bestaande processen: jij onderzoekt, analyseert en zet je bevindingen om in doordachte projectvoorstellen. In samenwerking met verkoop behandel je nieuwe klantvragen en vertaal je deze naar praktische ontwerpen. Je haalt eisen op bij verschillende stakeholders, werkt concepten uit in 2D- of 3D-modellen en ontwikkelt prototypes die je samen evalueert en optimaliseert. Binnen de projecten ben je verantwoordelijk voor de planning en uitvoering, waarbij je kwaliteit en haalbaarheid continu bewaakt. Je stelt productspecificaties, handleidingen en instructies op en voert de benodigde berekeningen en simulaties uit om je keuzes te onderbouwen. Daarnaast bespreek je verbetervoorstellen met collega's uit verschillende afdelingen en zorg je ervoor dat technische kennis, certificeringen en productdata goed geborgd zijn.
