The posting

Bedrijfsomschrijving Attract is een super leuke en vrije plek om te werken. Het bedrijf kent in totaal 10 vestigingen verspreid door: Overijssel, Gelderland, Utrecht en Brabant. De organisatiestructuur is zeer plat. Binnen het bedrijf krijg jij echt de vrijheid om je ding te doen. We werken met zijn alle heel hard, maar maken ook veel plezier. Dit gebeurt zowel op als buiten de werkvloer. Binnen de vestiging in Harderwijk werken we op dit moment met 2 collega's. We zitten gevestigd in de binnenstad van Harderwijk waar we een mooi hoekpand hebben aan de Schoenmakersstraat. We zitten naast de Multivlaai gevestigd wat ook wel weer gevaarlijk kan zijn.

Functieomschrijving Jij komt te werken bij ons op kantoor in het centrum van Harderwijk. Samen met een leuk team zorgen wij ervoor dat bedrijven voorzien worden van goed personeel en dat werkzoekende een leuke, passende baan vinden. Jij als reruiter bent onmisbaar in dit proces. Jij spreekt nieuwe sollicitanten en benaderd werkzoekende online voor openstaande functies. Daarnaast ontferm jij je ook over het schrijven van vacatures. Uiteraard krijg jij hiervoor diverse trainingen aangeboden, zodat jij snel alle kneepjes van het vak leert. Ons werk vergt veel inlevings- en aanpassingsvermogen. Geen sollicitant is namelijk het zelfde. Jij bent instaat om op meerdere niveaus te communiceren en te verbinden. Vind jij de perfecte match, dan krijg je hier uiteraard veel waardering voor terug van werknemer en werkgever.
