- Full Time - Son en Breugel - 2.600 - 3.000 Functieomschrijving Junior Recruiter Als Junior Recruiter bij APS Personeelservices werk je in een uitvoerende en commerciële rol waarin contact, samenwerken en aanpakken centraal staan. Je bent dagelijks bezig met het werven en spreken van kandidaten en zorgt voor de juiste match. Je komt terecht in een hecht team waar dagelijks verhalen worden gedeeld, waar wordt gelachen om elkaars flauwe grappen en waar je altijd je eerlijke mening kunt geven. Je bent uitvoerend sterk, houdt overzicht en denkt mee in het dagelijkse werk. Als Junior Recruiter krijg je de kans om door te groeien naar de rol van Personeelsconsulent, waarin je verantwoordelijk bent voor het vacature en relatiebeheer. Het gaat om een fulltime functie met een salaris tussen € 2.600,- en € 3.000,- bruto per maand, 28 vakantiedagen en volop leuke uitjes. Als Junior Recruiter houd jij je bezig met: - Voeren van gesprekken met kandidaten - Actief werven en benaderen van kandidaten - Begeleiden van kandidaten gedurende het traject - Vastleggen en bijhouden van de recruitmentadministratie - Overleggen met collega's over lopende zaken - Samen met ervaren collega's meedenken over klanten en meegaan naar klantbezoeken - Meedenken over de aanpak en voortgang van het werk Naast het werken met kandidaten krijg je steeds meer inzicht in de klantkant van het vak en ga je samen met ervaren collega's mee in contacten met klanten!
