Ben je nieuwsgierig naar recruitment en krijg je energie van contact met mensen? Dan is dit een mooie kans om het vak in de praktijk te leren. Voor ons team in Rotterdam zoeken we een Junior Recruiter die 16 uur per week met ons meedraait. Als Junior Recruiter draai je volop mee in ons recruitmentteam. Je hebt contact met kandidaten, ondersteunt bij lopende vacatures en leert ondertussen alle kanten van het recruitmentvak kennen. Je gaat onder andere: - interessante kandidaten zoeken en benaderen via LinkedIn en andere kanalen; - creatieve en aansprekende vacatureteksten schrijven en publiceren; - sollicitanten en potentiële kandidaten bellen; - sollicitatieprocessen zorgvuldig bijhouden in onze systemen; - ondersteunen bij recruitmentactiviteiten en verschillende events. Naarmate je meer ervaring opdoet, krijg je steeds meer ruimte om werkzaamheden zelfstandig op te pakken. Heb je zelf ideeën over hoe we kandidaten beter kunnen vinden, bereiken of enthousiasmeren? Graag! We vinden het leuk als je initiatief neemt en met ons meedenkt. Jouw nieuwe werkplek Je werkt 16 uur per week vanuit ons kantoor in het Heineken Gebouw in Rotterdam. Hier word je onderdeel van een team waarin hard werken en gezelligheid goed samengaan. Je krijgt persoonlijke begeleiding van ervaren collega's, zodat je het recruitmentvak stap voor stap in de praktijk leert kennen. Omdat we veel samenwerken met christelijke scholen, kom je regelmatig in aanraking met het onderwijs en de identiteit van deze organisaties.
