Bij het hoofdkantoor van 4People in Hengelo zoeken we een Junior Recruiter voor ons team binnen Engineering en Power & Energie.Je hoeft geen recruitmentervaring te hebben. Wij leren je het vak. Wat ga je doen?Als Recruiter ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de kandidaten. Je: - zoekt professionals via LinkedIn en ons netwerk - benadert en spreekt kandidaten - enthousiasmeert hen voor vacatures, projecten en mogelijkheden bij 4People - stelt geschikte kandidaten voor aan de Consultant en klant - begeleidt kandidaten tijdens het sollicitatieproces - onderhoudt contact met professionals die via 4People aan het werk zijn Je werkt nauw samen met de klant verantwoordelijke Consultant binnen 4People. Samen zorgen jullie voor succesvolle matches en tevreden professionals.Kort gezegd: jij zorgt voor de juiste professional voor de vacature. Over het bedrijf Geen ervaring? Geen probleem.Je start met een uitgebreide onboarding en trainingen over onze systemen, LinkedIn en de sector waarin je gaat werken. Je leert stap voor stap hoe je professionals vindt, benadert, spreekt en begeleidt.Wat we vooral zoeken? Proactiviteit en affiniteit. Je hoeft niet alles al te kunnen.
