De functie inhoud Als Trainee Recruiter in De Pinte zullen volgende taken op jouw agenda staan:

  • Je bouwt sterke relaties op met bedrijven en kandidaten en brengt beide partijen samen in een duurzame match.
  • Je voert diepgaande gesprekken met kandidaten, schrijft aantrekkelijke vacatures uit en begeleidt hen doorheen het volledige sollicitatieproces.
  • Je prospecteert actief, legt vlot nieuwe contacten en weet commerciële opportuniteiten om te zetten in duurzame samenwerkingen.
  • Je staat dagelijks in contact met klanten en overtuigt hen waarom jouw kandidaat de perfecte match is.
  • Ook na een succesvolle opstart blijf je betrokken. Dankzij een sterke aftercare maak jij écht het verschil.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat jouw administratie en dossiers steeds correct en up-to-date zijn.
  • Je helpt mee de zichtbaarheid van Noël Franklin verder uit te bouwen, zowel online als tijdens events en beurzen.

Onze klant Bij Noël Franklin begeleiden we mensen naar een eerste of volgende job. Ons bedrijf is actief in West-en Oost-Vlaanderen. We hebben 4 vestigingen: Oostkamp, Harelbeke, Ieper en Gent. Je werkt vanuit je eigen kantoor, maar ga gerust ook eens werken bij je collega's vanop een andere vestiging!

Zodra je hier start, maak je deel uit van ons energieke team. We noemen onszelf geen recruiters maar Franklins, omdat deze term onze toewijding en gedrevenheid benadrukt. Franklins hebben een specifiek DNA: commercieel, communicatief, vastberaden en prettig gestoord. Jij ook?
